Easy Approval of Work and Expense Charges!
Staff and contractors use the online timesheet on the prior screen to enter their hours and expenses against projects. Periodically, the internal managers for those projects can go to this screen where they can easily examine and approve all acceptable hours and expenses that have already been automatically aggregated together for their review against each project. If the user of this software has external clients to be invoiced, all billable hours and expenses can flow to a linked invoice approval module where those billable sums can then be sent out to those clients in the form of invoices.
