Your staff and your contractors, can, via the internet, easily enter time and expense data against any contract or budget they are working with. They simply click on the applicable task in the left hand project hierarchy tree, and then click and drag their mouse down the applicable hours on the right hand timesheet. Their time is automatically charged against the applicable budget for that project, at the rates you have set up for that project. Notice that each separate task is represented by a different color on the timesheet. For each task, users can also enter work description to accompany the billing. Project related expenses can also be recorded. You will be astonished at how many hours of effort this powerful, user friendly, project management and forward works module will be able to save your department. All of this charge data automatically flows up against your budgets for each project, and multiple metrics are available for display via the Dashboard tab.
