Setting up all your projects, even ones with multiple funding sources, is easy to do. All of your projects, tasks, subtasks, and even their subtasks can be created using a highly intuitive, hierarchical structure (down the left pane of the screen). Each project can easily be associated with different working groups (resource groupings) or with one or more portfolios (similar type project groupings) or with different funding sources or even with different internal business entities - all for creating the customized views or customized reporting necessary for good management. All costing and all charges from the subtask level on up automatically flow up the hierarchy into the associated top level groupings and become available in our very powerful Dashboard reporting. In the Project View above, clicking on a project or task or subtask in the left pane, users can then create or look up the associated project (or task or subtask) information - including timelines, location, budget, rates, skills, etc. (see the tabs across the top of the right pane)
